Major Paul H. Smith, Ph.D., served in the U.S. government’s top-secret Remote Viewing program at Fort Meade, Maryland. He was the theory instructor for Controlled Remote Viewing (CRV) trainees, as well as the unit’s recruiting and security officer. Today, he is widely regarded as one of the world’s leading instructors in remote viewing and dowsing, known for his clear, disciplined, and practical teaching style.
