Deepen Your Connection

Meditation Resources

Meditation is an important aspect for all intuitive work but the benefits extend far beyond psychic development. Science has proven that a regular meditation practice actually changes your brain. A few benefits include stress and anxiety relief, more mental focus, longer attention span, increased memory, lower blood pressure, better sleep, spiritual awareness, and increased psychic ability. Even just a few minutes a day can bring favorable results.

Many people believe they simply can’t meditate…but I know you can. I promise, you can.

Think about long-distance runners,” Uma Srivatsa said. “As they keep practicing, they become less conscious of the activity of running and start enjoying the nature that surrounds them. Meditation is like that.

Dream Work

A dream is responsible for launching me into this field and I am forever grateful. I’m fascinated by the sheer brilliance of dreams. All dreams, even the frightening ones, are there to warn, protect, and guide you. They are gifts, so I encourage you to study and unwrap each one to unravel the messages. Recording dreams in a journal to look back on a few months down the road will help you learn the language of your own subconscious.

The way I teach dream interpretation is aligned with Kevin J Todeschi’s, Best Dream Book Ever.

To help interpret some dream symbols, I personally use The Dreamer’s Dictionary by Lady Stearn Robinson and Tom Gorbett.
